Everything was nice, including very attentive and responsible staff with their exceptional excellent service. The restaurant was exceptional for breakfast, we ordered delicious dishes. The location was wonderful and stunning and the public parking was nearby. We stopped by Jamba Juice for coffee and treats, it was at a medium distance from the hotel.

We liked this peaceful hotel with very attentive staff from the top management down. This accommodation had a central setting to the PATH subway. Moreover, it's not far from Chelsea / Greenwich Village as well as local shopping/dining options.

My stay was great for one night. It was in a central location, next to the Newport Center mall. I found nice Sarku Japan by accident, it was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

This hotel was set in a central area adjacent to local shopping / dining options and New York for ten days business and Jersey City, Newport area. The room itself was well-organised and had beautiful views of the Marina.

The rooms were top quality and spotless with exceptionally comfortable beds. Great location just off midtown Manhattan, the statue of liberty, and the mall and beautiful view of NY, nightclubs and restaurants were close to the hotel.

The hotel was fairly clean and peaceful, had delightful views of the New York skyline. The restaurant here was exceptional for breakfast, we both ordered delicious dishes. The bathroom was large with a bathtub. The services were very efficient, offered us good WiFi. Besides, parking was available nearby. The stay was really nice.

Convenient location near transportation. Comfortable room with good storage and amenities. Great views of NYC skyline. Helpful and friendly staff at restaurants and front desk. Comfy beds and modern bathroom.

The rooms were not cleaned well, minibar was not filled, personel was arrogant at reseption, restaurant personel at breakfast was unprofessional

The double-headed shower is wonderful. Convient, safe parking nearby that was reasonably priced.Weekend buffet is well worth a visit. Close to path station that takes you all the way to 34th St.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location right across the river, near lots of shops and restaurants. It is also close to the Newport Center mall, providing easy access to shopping options. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a choice of blankets and pillows for every preference. The bathrooms have good facilities, and the hotel has a nice spacious atmosphere and design. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a pleasant stay for guests.

The service in other aspects of the hotel needs improvement.

Very good location to visite of New York (PATH-train station to Manhattan is near of hotel). Hotel very clean and modern. Big rooms. Very nice personal. Good shoping in near Newport mall.

I've had a fairly nice stay for mid september. I was offered a room with decent views of the Manhattan skyline. The bathroom was bright, beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were terrible rude.

The breakfast buffet and staff are superb and highly recommended. The hotel offers everything you expect from a modern city hotel, with great transport links and bonus views from the Riverwalk.

Felt like they were family, nothing to complain about.
